Euclid Elements ("Elements") is operated by Euclid Ventures Management LLC ("Euclid," "we," "us"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Elements at elements.euclid.vc.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. We store this information to identify you within the platform and associate it with your portfolio company membership.
We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features accessed, and perk redemptions to improve the platform and measure engagement.
How we use your information
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Provide access to portfolio resources, perks, and services
- Communicate platform updates and relevant opportunities
- Improve and maintain the platform
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with perk vendors solely to facilitate redemptions you initiate. We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Vercel for hosting.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your portfolio company is active in the Euclid portfolio. If your company exits the portfolio, your account is archived and personal data is deleted within 90 days upon request.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security policies, and access controls to protect your data.

Terms of Service

By accessing Euclid Elements, you agree to these terms. Elements is a private platform available exclusively to founders of Euclid portfolio companies and invited guests.
Eligibility
Access is limited to individuals affiliated with active Euclid portfolio companies. We reserve the right to grant or revoke access at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for its intended purpose as a founder resource hub
- Do not share login credentials or access with unauthorized individuals
- Do not redistribute confidential content, benchmark data, or perk details outside the portfolio
Perks and services
Perks listed on Elements are provided by third-party vendors. Euclid facilitates introductions but is not a party to agreements between founders and vendors. Perk availability and terms are subject to change.
Disclaimer
Elements is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of information, or the availability of any specific perk or resource.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Elements after changes constitutes acceptance.
